Tsk tsk Shi Yi you are so wrong when you meet Shi Hao in person, just blame it on your mother for putting the supreme bone into you and using your cousin's blood essence to facilitate it, it isnt yours to begin with so only natural you cannot fully control it
In Chinese, maternal cousins is referred to as biao di or biao ge, younger cousin or older cousin, paternal side is referred to as tang di or tang ge, this is because of the same surname, regardless of maternal or paternal cousins it is correct to call your cousins as brothers, especially on the paternal side

Someone should hire you and pay you good money to translate to English subtitles. Possibly other translations, because I suspect that you're not just bi-lingual, but multi-lingual. Its very impressive. I appreciate your input here.

Dase • 2 years ago

Thank you for your kind and nice words, many years ago I dabbled a little in Japanese anime fansubbing, but that was when I was still studying, our group broke up, each of us went our way never to look back or return, it was when lawyers for media companies sent cease and desist emails, mails phone calls like it would earn them a million dollars for each one sent lol
Nowadays our real life comes into play, while I can watch a donghua and translate a 10 minutes episode with relative easy, a released subtitled episode would involve a lot more time, translation time (context of what is being said instead of literal translation), editing (making sure the translation make sense and not cause of mass nude kidnappings pop into the subtitles, typesetting (making sure the fonts and texts looks alright, and of course the translation text for signs and letters are properly set and the timing of the subs (wouldnt want a paragraph of subtitle that lasts 1 sec) and encoding is very time consuming (yeah imagine releasing 240p quality) and all these needs to be coordinated within the subbing group, and not everyone is free around the same time after a raw donghua is broadcasted or released
It is a very involved process if one is to release a proper and good quality donghua :) Free time to do this is one of our biggest obstacle to translation and even if it is a novel, the commitment is also staggering, 2000+ chapters lol (the novel for Wanmei Shijie is 2015 chapters)

How come y'all don't watch Stellar transformations no love for that show huh. Also the end credit music is fire, I can totally vibe to this.

Dase • 2 years ago

I watch it on their official streaming site, besides I annoy enough people with my posts and spoilers already lol

And I am not a huge fan of "I Eat Tomatoes" the author of Swallowed Star, Stellar Transformations and Snow Lord, he writes novels like a high schooler, which is kind of weird since he studied a few years in Engineering (I think or something similar) before dropping out
The translated novel is much better than the original Chinese one LOL in my own opinion

RFLB • 2 years ago

Is there a manhua or novel, cause I might wanna read too

Dase • 2 years ago

Manhua, you can try at manhuascan under the name Perfect World, but it is only up to chapter 45 and hasnt been updated since 2019 (someone here might be able to help, but in general I dont read the manhua, since manhuas tends to remove contents from the novel), but I have heard from readers that the Perfect World manhua removed a lot of content

Novel, is completed can read the translated work at wuxiaworld again under the name Perfect World, even though the donghua follows the novel, the donghua has removed and changed a number of things, so when you read it, you need to remember this

Jalaluddin Aris • 2 years ago

Was just about to suggest Wuxiaworld but you mentioned it already😆😆😆

Mr.Gold • 2 years ago

Hmm, the site I read at is ReadLightNovel, I also go to ReadNovelFull as a backup or when I want to read certain LN that it has available.

I read Manhua at ManhwaTop, ironic I know, but it does release regularly and it's updated, though I can't find Perfect World, not even in my other site, so...

Queen Medusa 💖 • 2 years ago

Manganato is also a good site for reading Manhua or Manga, if you want to read with images then i prefer this one.

As for Novel Readings, I do not have any Experience.

leasamimee • 2 years ago

fire princess is our best girl! she always on his side waiting and gave her best to help him.

Dase • 2 years ago

Yes Huo Ling'er is the best girl she awaits for him in the upper realm for a very long time along with Yun Xi (the girl Shi Hao uses his mouth to pull her earring off - which by the way is a custom to give to a man as an engagement gift) who spends the bulk of her later life to take care of Shi Hao when he was expected to die due to a corruption curse and eventually gives Shi Hao a son, but her life.... is very sad just like Huo Ling'er's

leasamimee • 2 years ago

WOW you read alot, I hope I have that patience in reading, It makes me sleep.

Shi Hao is basically a scumbag if he lives in our time. but i still like his OP character

Dase • 2 years ago

Big spoilers
He is actually loyal to Huo Ling'er :) It's just that when he was cursed with corruption that will cripple his cultivation and cause him death, she was kidnapped by someone powerful, in fact an entire province population was taken away, and he had no idea how to find them or rescue them, when he returned back to Stone Village, Yun Xi was the only one that returned back with him, taking care of him, without wanting anything in return, she viewed it as paying back all the harms her Celestial Clan did to him
Shi Hao's first wife was busy and didnt know about his condition, by the time she knew it was too late. (Huo Ling'er is the second wife) Yun Xi is the third, and the only one that he had a child with, reason why I said her life was sad, is because of her spending the bulk of her life at the lower realms and staying there even when she didnt need to take care of him any more and
Very big spoiler, towards the end of the novel
Very big spoilers, dont read if you are a sentimental person, because it might make you drop the series
Shi Yi, Shi Hao's younger brother (yes he's got a younger brother) and his son, Little Stone, sacrifice themselves in order to help Shi Hao fight the final boss. because Yun Xi was in the lower realm and the world ceased to allow people to extend their life through cultivation, she was aging and Shi Hao placed her to sleep (before the fight) also he couldnt bear to wake her up cause of their son's situation
He found Huo Ling'er eventually and they both decide to roam the world to cultivate and look for ways to help his family and friends. The fandom said Yun Xi was revived but for the life of me, I cant find it anywhere in the novel, and I read it 3 times and the ending 5 times!! Either I am blind or I am blind lol Yes it gets pretty dark halfway through the novel

Mr.Gold • 2 years ago

Yue Chan, later known as Qing Yi is the first wife, but you obviously know that, this is for people who don't

Anyways, with regards to Yun Xi, I'll do bit of copy pasting from the Fandom Wiki here, Thousands of years later, she was sealed within the Stone Village by Shi Hao to preserve her waning longevity along with his family and many of his friends due to the decline of the Dao Era. Yun Xi and the rest of Stone Village were eventually released from the seal after Shi Hao had crossed into the full Immortal Emperor Realm, becoming a supreme being.

Dase • 2 years ago

I re-read the last page and found it, no wonder I missed it He went on his way again. However, before leaving, he undid Stone Village’s seal, waking everyone up. He extended their lives with emperor blood essence So I guess Yun Xi was woken up or the author forgot to mention her by name, as he left the realm exploring with Willow Deity and Huo Ling'er, which is kind of annoying since he promised Yun Xi that he will spend time with her, I really hated the ending since it left it very open

Mr.Gold • 2 years ago

Sounds disappointing😅

Dase • 2 years ago

Believe me I almost dropped the novel several times, but thought it might get better, it might get better, but I was sooooo wrong it gets pretty dark after halfway, even though it still retains some of it's humour, but it isnt enough since it is a repeat of every thing that's happen, enemies come, hates him, he beats them, eats them, grow stronger, then goes to a higher realm, then repeat, the friendship he makes doesnt appear often as the story progresses and I dont get the feeling of character development, especially interactionwise, it is mostly how he deals with his enemies, BTTH and Soul Land were more solid but that's my opinion, some people who read the novel might not agree lol

Mr.Gold • 2 years ago

Well, that's basically how I feel about all the Novels I've read, sometimes I just get bored and stall them to go back to at a later time.

Shi Hao sounding real innocent then though, I'd like to see that animated if ever😂

Dase • 2 years ago

lol, the story is good at the beginning but like most novels, they falter after halfway, I thought the author died and someone took over lol
That is probably one thing Martial Peak have over Perfect World a nice ending, I wouldnt say it is fantastic but at least it was a happy ending but Momo should have ended it a lot earlier instead of dribbling fluff to achieve his 6009 chapters lol
This is why I now read the beginning first then the end to see if I like the ending or not lol

RohanOf ElvenPower • 1 year ago

this novel shares a lot of similarities to Apotheosis:Ascension to Godhood from what you're describing

Dase • 1 year ago

The author's second novel that he wrote was just made into a donghua, it is called Shen Mu. be aware the graphics isnt as good as Wanmei Shijie

RohanOf ElvenPower • 1 year ago

wait, did the author of wanmei shinjie also write shen mu or the author apotheosis?

Dase • 1 year ago

Yes Shen Mu, not Xian Mu

RohanOf ElvenPower • 1 year ago

wait, what is Xian Mu?

Dase • 1 year ago

It's another donghua that just got released, you can go to their synopsis page, I wrote something about it there

Queen Medusa 💖 • 2 years ago

After watching this episode, I will
say Fire Emperor has Given a Very Good Life lesson to Shi Hao "Why Are You Cultivating" means don't focus on others or their doings. Just Focus, On Which Level You Want to Go and Concentrate your Own Life. Never Think about others, weather it's Shi Yi or someone Else.

And I Think we all should have to learn this and Apply it in our lives, and live our life according to our Plans and Ambitions. No Matter on Which Level or Post, the others are. It's our life, So live with our own goals ...........................

leasamimee • 2 years ago

hands up to your patience hahah

RohanOf ElvenPower • 1 year ago

hahaha Dase, if they dont have reference dont trust no one!

Dase • 1 year ago

lol I found it, it was just one line, and her name wasnt mentioned, just the village which is why I missed it

Dase • 2 years ago

lol I only read a lot because the episodes are too slow, so I read to find out what will happen :)

AquaWings • 2 years ago

it sounds like the fire emperor approves of things happening between them

RFLB • 2 years ago

Yes

Jalaluddin Aris • 2 years ago

Aaahhh....why the Cliffhanger. Now the fight was postpone but at least the Fire Emperor drop by and assist him with some wisdom knowledge.

Shi Hao is honestly my favorite MC all he does is eat and fight lol. Ngl tho was kinda irritated that guy stopped the fight because I CAN'T WAIT for Shi Hao to snatch Shi Yi's eyes out and reclaim his bone.

Imma need the fire princess to get her power up now. Your boo and your dad can't always protect you. Have to have some self defense about yourself mama. Anyways I think the story is getting a lil sidetracked; isn't he supposed to be looking for his grandfather and parents? What happened to that?

Amrit Giri • 2 years ago

op

I see a lot of comments, but why y'all sleep on " Stellar Transformations" is the novel not living up to y'all expectations. Also yea I like fire princess a lot I'm glad he realize it too.

I sorta don't get why he's beefing with the cousin..... he didn't steal your bones it was the parents and his mom got killed for it so get over it and move on already, he was also a child just doing what his parents told him, its not like he was the mastermind as was like lets steal cousins bone whatever..... mc is beefing with this dude for no reason really, cousin doesn't even seem to even give a fck lol, he's just being provoked by his punk cousin.

Tyr Barghest • 8 months ago

Honestly, I think the only woman in his "harem" that's worth a damn is probably the purple one. Ling'er is too damn bratty, whiny, entitled, spoiled, and quick to dump all of her problems on her dad. Would honestly prefer if she got less screen time.

Shanesai • 10 months ago

what's in store ahead i know i wont be dissapointed
